Ingredients

1/4 Cup Butter
1 Pkg (10 oz, about 40) regular marshmallows OR 4 Cups miniature marshmallows
6 Cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

1. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

2. Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.

3. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into buttered 9"x13"x2" pan. Cut into squares when cool.

Yield: 24 squares, 2 x 2 inches

Note: Use fresh marshmallows for best results. For thicker squares press warm mixture into buttered 9"x9"x2" pan.
