Four-Cheese Baked Ziti

Ingredients

16 oz ziti or small tube pasta
20 oz alfredo sauce
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
15 oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup romano cheese
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley (optional)
1 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta according to pkg directions, drain, and return to pan.
Stir in alfredo sauce and sour cream.
Spoon half into a lightly greased 13x9 inch pan.
Combine eggs, ricotta, 1/4 cup parmesan, romano and parsley.
Spread over pasta.
Top with remaining pasta.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining parmesan.
Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 10 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
