Beef Brisket - Grandma Stone's

Ingredients

1 large brisket - all visible fat removed
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp celery seed
1 bottle Cookies BBQ sauce
1 cup brown sugar
salt and pepper

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together.
Marinate brisket at least 24 hours in a glass dish covered with foil in the refrigerator.
Place covered dish in oven, and bake at 300 for 4-5 hours.
Cool and slice across the grain.
Return slices to sauce/juices, and reheat.
