2 boxes macaroni and cheese, milk and butter
1 lb hamburger
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Instructions

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to pkg directions.
Brown hamburger; drain.
Add hamburger and spaghetti sauce to prepared macaroni and cheese.
