Chili Rice Dinner

Ingredients

1 pound hamburger
1/3 cup chopped onion, or powder
1 Tbsp chili powder (heaping)
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
10 ounces corn
15 ounces tomato sauce
15 ounces petite diced tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1 cup uncooked minute rice

Toppings: cheese, tomato, avocado, sour cream, etc.

Instructions

Brown hamburger with onion; drain.
Add spices, corn, beans, tomato sauce, and water.
Cover and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Stir in rice.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Ad toppings.
