Ingredients

9 cups rice chex cereal
3 cups cinnamon or white chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

Pour cereal into a large bowl.

Comnbine sugars and cinnamon in another smaller bowl.

In microwavable bowl melt the chips. Heat for 1 minute, then stir. Heat 30 seconds, then stir. Continue with additional 30 seconds until completely melted. Pour over ceral and toss to coat cereal completely.

Sprinkle with half of the sugar mixture. Toss to coat. Pour ceral mixture onto cookie sheet(s). Continue to sprinkle and toss the ceral with the rest of the sugar mixture.
