Jerk Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

6 cups tortilla chips
3 cups diced or shredded chicken
2 cups shredded cheddar and/or monterey jack cheese
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
2 tomatoes, diced
1 lime
2 Tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

Arrange chps on cookie sheet.
Combine chicken, cheese, and 1 Tbsp seasoning.
Sprinkle chicken mixture over chips.
Bake at 425 for 5-7 minutes.
Juice half of lime, and stir in 1 Tblsp seasoning.
Add tomatoes, and stir to coat.
Sprinkle over nachos.
Combine sour cream, remaining lime juice, and 1 tsp seasoning.
Drizzle over nachos.
