Win Schuler's Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

6 medium size potatoes
4 oz. Win Schuler's Original or Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread
1/3 cup milk
salt to taste
pinch of black pepper

Instructions

Peel and halve potatoes.
Boil in salted water until tender (about 20 minutes.) Drain.
Begin mashing the potatoes and add milk.
Add 4 oz of cheddar cheese spread and mash together.
Season to taste.
Serves 8.
