Hero rollSliced steak

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 green pepper, diced
Black pepper
Instructions
Saute one chopped sweet onion in olive oil, 2 tbsp. of butter and crushed, black pepper. Cook in a large pan on high heat until the onions caramelize.Add the slices of beef one at a time into the pan. Use a spatula to cut the beef into small pieces as it cooks.
Add another dash of black pepper and the green peppers. Work the steak into smaller bits and cook until fully done and mixed well with the onions and peppers.
Lower the heat to medium. Use the spatula to form the meat into a long mound. Place 1 or 2 slices of cheese over the still cooking meat. When the cheese starts to melt, use the spatula to lift the meat out of the pan and place it a hero or hoagie roll.
