Mrs. Ninassi's Italian Pepper Cookies
Mrs. Ninassi is Auntie Annies's Mom. She made these cookies every Christmas. They are wonderful. We all rushed to get some when ever they were put out. It is a wonderful memory. Mrs. Ninassi passed away in 2008, and we miss her. I only hope when I attempt to make them, I do her proud.
When warm cookies are wrapped, condensation will make them soggy. Keep different varieties of cookies in separate containers. When combined, soft cookies may make crispy cookies limp
