Copycat A-1 Steak Sauce
Skip the grocery store and make your own homemade version of A-1 Steak Sauce. It can be used as a sauce for meats (like steak!) or added to marinades (try it with chicken).
Ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons chili sauce
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and let cook for 2 minutes.Remove the pan from the heat and let the sauce cool to lukewarm.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and process until smooth. Use immediately or pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 90 days.
