My Mom And I once made one at the campfire. We both fell asleep with only a few sips. It was a very hot day and a pleasent night.
Ingredients
3 oz white rum2 oz coconut rum
3 oz crushed pineapples
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (0r
1 Scoop Coconut Ice cream)
2 Tbs Toasted Coconut
Instructions
Place the rums, crushed pineapple and ice cream in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice. Blend until frozen; add more ice if required. Pour into a parfait glass, and serveBe sure not to forget the toasted coconut!
