Ingredients
2 1⁄2 cups of flour•
1 teaspoon of baking soda
•
1 teaspoon of salt
•
1 stick of softened butter
•
1 cup of shortening *
•
2⁄3 cups of white sugar

2⁄3 cups packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Let’s make the BEST CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES EVER
•
2 1⁄2 cups of flour
•
1 teaspoon of baking soda
•
1 teaspoon of salt
•
1 stick of softened butter
•
1 cup of shortening *
•
2⁄3 cups of white sugar
•
2⁄3 cups packed brown sugar
•
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
•
2 large eggs
•
2 teaspoons water
•
2 cups of Nestle tollhouse mini chocolate chips
~~How you prepare it is ~~
⭐️ most important ⭐️
•
1. Preheat oven to 375º F / 190º Celsius
•
2. Combine flour, baking soda, 2 tablespoons of water and salt in a small bowl
•
3. By hand cream together butter, shortening, both sugars and vanilla extract into a large bowl
•
4. Add eggs, one at a time, to butter mixture, hand mixing well after each one
•
5. Slowly pour in other bowl (flour mixture) use power mixer for this portion - mix until well combined - it should almost look like a crumble
•
6. Stir in chocolate chips
•
7. Pinch cookie dough into clusters, set on ungreased baking sheets - should look like little mountain tops
•
8. Bake 7-9 minutes or until light golden brown
•
9. Pull out and tip the cookie pan - cookies should tilt a little bit - immediately lay cookies on drying rack - cookies should be delicate but will dry on rack giving it a crunch edging
