Maple Cinnamon Compound Butter
Ingredients
2 sticks Breakstone's Unsalted Butter, at room temperature2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
In a small bowl combine the butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon with a fork.Spread the mixture on a piece of matza.
The butter can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. Be sure to bring back the butter to room temperature before you use it.
