Auntie Ann Evans Italian Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

Red tomatoes halved
Olive oil
Basil fresh or dries
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Halve the tomatoes, brush on olive oil and sprinkle basil leaves on top. Place shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake until cheese is melted. Wonderful
