My mom got this recipe from listening to "ask your Neighbor". It is wonderful.
Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef1 Clove Garlic
1 8oz Ricotta cheese
4 oz Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cups Hellmans Mayonaise
8 Manicotti shells
1 16oz Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 tsp Oregeno Leaves
Parmesan Cheese
Olive oil
Instructions
Pre Heat oven 350 Degrees.Brown meat and garlic (drain). Blend next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add meat. Fill each monicotti with 1/4 cup filling. Place in a single layerin a 10 x 6 x 1in baking dish, greased with olive oil. Pour on jar spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
Cover with foil. Bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes
MY NOTES
When frozen you can pop it out of the container and put in a freezer bag if desired.
To prepare for serving, thaw and preheat oven to 350F.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
