1 pound pork sausage
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 8-ounce package KRAFT Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese

1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 onion, chopped
1/2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 8-ounce package KRAFT Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese

1/8 cup BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
1/2 pound pork sausage
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 8-ounce package KRAFT Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese

1/8 cup BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
1/3 pound pork sausage
1/3 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 onion, chopped
2/3 tomatoes, chopped
1/3 8-ounce package KRAFT Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 400°FBeat eggs and sour cream with whisk until well blended. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake 10 minutes or until egg mixture is softly set. Meanwhile, cook sausage, mushrooms, and onions in large skillet on medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until sausage is done, stirring occasionally. Drain.
Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Spoon tomatoes over egg layer; cover with sausage mixture and cheese.
Bake 30 minutes or until center is set

IF YOU USE CROCK POT ADD HASH BROWNS. You can add ham roo
If using sausage, brown in a large skillet breaking up into pieces with a spatula until no longer pink. Let cool. If using bacon, cook in a large skillet until brown. Drain and crumble.
In a large bowl, mix the hash browns, meat, onions, .
In a 6 to 8 quart slow cooker, layer 1/3 of the hash brown mixture, add salt and pepper. Layer with one cup of cheese on top. Repeat two more times ending with cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour on top of the hash browns.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until eggs are set. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.
