Sweet and Sour Sauce For Egg Rolls
A sweet and sour sauce that is perfect with your egg rolls or spring rolls, and so easy to make for your next get together.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup ketchup
2 TBS soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 TBS cornstarch

Instructions

Combine your sugar, brown sugar, pineapple juice, ketchup, soy sauce, and vinegar in a sauce pan over medium high heat and bring to a boil.
In a separate small bowl stir together your water and cornstarch. Add mixture to your sauce.
Stir sauce over a boil until thickened.
