Air Fryer Fried Eggs
Make delicious fried eggs in air fryer with this simple recipe. Perfect for a quick and protein-packed breakfast, air fryer fried eggs have crispy edges and a runny yolk.
Ingredients
2 eggssalt
black pepper
spray oil
Instructions
Spray a 3-4 inch pan or ramekin with cooking spray.spray oil
Crack an egg into each pan. Season with salt and pepper.
2 eggs,salt,black pepper
Place the pans in the air fryer. Cook at 370 degrees F for 4 minutes.
Check to see if the yolk has reached your desired degree of firmness. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until you like how the yolks look.
Here are the suggested total cooking times for various levels of doneness.
Sunnyside up – 4-5 minutes, the yolk is runny, and the white is mostly cooked.
Medium – 6-7 minutes, the yolk is a little gooey, and the white is thoroughly cooked.
Hard – 8 minutes, yolk and white are completely firm.
Notes
Crack eggs into a bowl, then pour them into the pan to reduce the chance of a broken yolk.
Use a mister spray bottle or non-stick cooking spray. The eggs will stick to the pan if you forget the oil.
Run a spatula or knife around the edge to loosen the egg and help remove it from the pan.
If you want a completely firm yolk I’d suggest making air fryer hard-boiled eggs instead because the texture will be better.
