Potato-topped Meat Pie

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 egg
2 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup dry bread crumbs
10 oz corn, drained
10 oz peas, drained
10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
3 cups mashed potatoes (prepared with milk and butter)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain, and cool for 5 minutes.
Combine egg, Worcestershire sauce, and bread crumbs.
Stir into meat mixture.
Transfer to greased 13x9 inch pan.
Combine corn, peas, soup, and milk.
Spread over meat mixture.
Top with mashed potatoes.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 35 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
