Eight-Layer Salad

Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1/2 cup diced celery
1 green onion, diced
1 pkg frozen peas, thawed
4 eggs - hard boiled and chopped
2 cups mayo
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon bits

Instructions

Break up lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Spread in bottom of 13x9 inch pan.
Layer all vegetables in order.
Sprinkle eggs over vegetables.
Spread mayo over the top, sealing the sides and corners.
Sprinkle with cheese, then bacon bits.
Cover and refrigerate.
