A lighter, better, SPANISH cordon bleu!

Ingredients
1 slice of ham1 slice of cheese of your choice
Bread crumbs
1 egg (that's enough for 3 or 4 San Jacobos)
Olive oil (sunflower or vegetable oil works too)
Instructions
Lay down the slice of hamPut cheese on one half of the ham, and close the ham together like a sandwich
Break egg into bowl and whisk it
Dip both sides of the ham in eggs
Dip the ham in bread crumbs to cover it
Heat pan and add olive oil
Place ham in pan with hot oil, flip over when fried
Enjoy!
