J. L. HUDSON CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

1 lb. can drained pineapple chunks
4 c. cut-up, cooked, white meat chicken
1/2 c. sliced almonds

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sweet orange marmalade
1/8 tsp. powdered poultry seasoning

Instructions

Combine: 1 lb. can drained pineapple chunks 4 c. cut-up, cooked, white meat chicken 1/2 c. sliced almonds

In another bowl, mix together: 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sweet orange marmalade 1/8 tsp. powdered poultry seasoning

Pour over chicken mixture, moistening it well. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
