POLISH CABBAGE SOUP
Ingredients
1 to 2 lb fresh or smoked kielbasa or a ham bone with meat1 medium onion, diced
2 lbs or more potatoes, cubed
6 quarts water
salt and pepper to taste
1 large head cabbage, remove outer leaves
Instructions
Boil and simmer kielbasa or ham bone in water in large pot. Clean cabbage and cut into approximately one inch pieces. Add to stock with onion and potatoes. Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally.
