Mix the Perfect Manhattan Cocktail
Nothing says refined drinking like a Canadian Whisky Manhattan! Trevor from Tipicular Fixin's give you some tips on creating this classic cocktail.

Ingredients

2oz Canadian Club Sherry Cask Canadian whisky
1oz Martini Rosso sweet vermouth
5 dashes of bitters of your choice
Cherry garnish
Ice sphere

Instructions

Create an ice sphere, or use a large cube.
In a cocktail mixing beaker add the whisky, vermouth, and bitters - fill with ice and gently stir.
Strain into a rocks glass with the ice sphere, and garnish with a cherry.
