Frozen Kahlúa White Russian
This cocktail couldn’t be easier to prepare with a few quality ingredients and you are in business with something that kicks a typical frozen cocktail into overdrive. I decided to add a bit of ice cream instead of ice because the last thing you want to do is water down the cocktail. Plus, the added bonus of vanilla flavor is always welcome.
Ingredients
2 ounces of Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur2 ounces of vanilla vodka
2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream
Splash of milk (optional)
Bittersweet chocolate (for garnish)
Instructions
In a blender, blend the vanilla ice cream, Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur, vanilla vodka and milk (if desired) for a few minutes.Pour into a glass and garnish with a bit of shaved bittersweet chocolate.
Enjoy!
Notes
This Frozen Kahlúa White Russian has the flavors of vanilla and coffee with a bit of a rum and chocolate kick. Whip up one of these lovely libations at the end of the day.
