Ingredients
1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter ( softened )
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 package (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips ( 2 cups )
1 cup coarsely chopped small pretzel twists
2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 package reese's peanut butter cups ( unwrapped )
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. In large bowl, beat butter and both sugars with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended. On low speed, gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture until blended. Stir in baking chips, peanut butter cup candies and pretzels.Onto cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
