Instant Pot Ham, Cabbage, and Potatoes
Ingredients
3 pound ham bone-in is best, not flavored, cubed2 pounds potatoes peeled and cubed
1 head cabbage approximately 2 pounds, cut into chunks
1 cup water
Instructions
Layer ham, potatoes, and cabbage in the bottom of the pot.Add 1 cup of water to pot.
Put lid on pot.
Set to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow pressure to release naturally or use the quick release method 15 minutes after cooking is completed.
Serve!
NOTES
I have tested this recipe in my Instant Pot but you can use any 6-8 quart electric pressure cooker.
