Crock Pot Fajitas

Ingredients

3-4 lb. Boneless Roast
1 large Onion chopped
1 - 2 Bell Peppers chopped
2 1/2 cups Pinto Beans (dry)
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilis
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Green Chilis (optional)
1/2 Tbsp Oregano (could be teaspoon original recipe is unclear)
Chili Powder
Salt to test
1 cup water or Beef Broth

Instructions

Season Meat with Chili Powder and brown in a skillet.
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker (no need to soak beans).
Cook for at least 8 hours in slow cooker on high (or until beans are tender).
Remove meat from slow cooker and shred.
Serve on tortillas.

Notes:
My family wasn't extremely fond of this recipe. It needs more flavor in our opinion. I did forget the chili powder, so maybe that would have helped.
