Fruit Cups

Ingredients

1 (17 oz) can apricots (I used peaches)
1 (17 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 c liquid from juices (add water to make 1 c)
1/2 c sugar
3 (10 oz) pkgs strawberries or raspberries
1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice, undiluted
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 bananas, diced

Instructions

Drain apricots and pineapple; save juice. Heat liquid and sugar until dissolved. Add strawberries with their juice. Add orange juice and lemon juice. Cut up apricots and bananas; add to mixture. Add pineapple. Spoon into cups; freeze until solid.
Remove 20 minutes before serving or microwave.
Note: Put plastic wrap over mixture to keep it from getting sticky.
Makes about 20.
