Linda Moussiaux's Santa Anna Potatoes
Ingredients
13 Potatoes sliced medium2 Sticks Melted Butter
4 Onions finely diced.
(Linda prefers Green Scallions)
1 jar Parmesian Cheese
Generous Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Line potatoes in a glass baking dishand gerenously salt and pepper each potato.Then pour over potatoes 2 sticks melted butter.
Top with onions finely diced. I prefer green scallions finely chopped instead of onions,
Fill glass dish 1/2 full water.
Sprinkle with Parmesian cheese. (lots) I use 1/2 a container.
Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Don't cover with foil until brown
