Shirley Mc Coy's Pretzel Jello
Ingredients
2 cups crushed pretzels (do not crush too fine)3 Tbsp. sugar
cup melted oleo
1 large box strawberry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 ctn. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 large (12 oz.) ctn Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
cup sugar
Instructions
Mix pretzels, sugar and oleo together and press into 9x13 inch pan.Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, pour in can of crushed pineapple and strawberries.
Refrigerate until pretty firm.
Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese.
Pour over crust.
Pour Jell-O mixture over this and chill.
