Blakes Orchard Apple Crisp

Ingredients

Apples

Peel and Core 7 to 8 cups apples(Northern Spy) an add 1/2 cup Sugar mixed with one teaspoon cinnamon to the apples'

Topping

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oatmal (Quick)
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup dry powdered milk
1 cup butter or oleo

Instructions

Mix topping ingredients together. (This will be enough for 3 to 4 apple crisps.) Spoon topping over apples making sure all apples are covered. Bake at 375 for 50 to 60 minutes.
