Asian Style Salmon Patties

Ingredients

14 oz can salmon, drained
1/4 c whole wheat bread crumbs
2 green onions, sliced
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 egg whites, lightly whisked
1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine salmon and next seven ingredients: shape into four patties

2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil and cook patties until lightly browned on both sides, approximately eight minutes. Serve with a salad or brown rice.
