Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1lb extra lean ground turkey
2 tbsp diced onion
2 tbsp sea salt
2 tsp sage
4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 c rice bread crumbs
1 large egg
6 oz brie

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, onions, salt, sage, worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and egg.

2. Shape mixture into four patties. Leave turkey meat to bind for at least 30 min.

3. Place burgers on a pre-heated grill.

4. Top with letuce and brie cheese.
