Breakfast Rice Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 c cooked brown rice
1/4 c fat-free soy milk
1 tbsop dried cranberries
1 tsp sliced almonds
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. Combine rice, soy milk, berries, nuts and maple syrup in a sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until warmed through (about 5 min)

2. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
