Garlic Chicken Whole Wheat Pasta

Ingredients

100% Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1-2 prepared grilled boneless/skinless chicken breasts
sundried tomatoes
extra virgin olive
minced garlic (or try fresh roasted garlic)
fresh basil
crushed red pepper flakes
light parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Cook pasta, drain and place in serving bowl.

2. While cooking pasta, prepare sauce. In saute pan, heat olive oil over medium heat (be careful not to get too hot)

3. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant. Do not burn. Add the fresh chopped basil and continue to stir. Add the red pepper flakes and saute for 1 min.

4. In a large pasta bowl add chicken and sundried tomatoes to pasta. Pour sauce over mixture and gently toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle with parmesan
