Tortellini Salad

Ingredients

16 ounces TortellinI (fresh)
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup sliced black olives
1 small cucumber, sliced thin

1/2 cup virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain, rinse with cold water. Drain well. Place in bowl with tomatoes, olives and cucumbr. Toss.

In small bowl mix olive oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Pour over pasta. Toss gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
