Spicy Shrimp Thai Salad

Ingredients

1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 to 3 tablespoons Sambal Oelek
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic

8 ounces angel hair pasta
1/2 pound fresh shrimp, grilled or sauted until just done
1 bunch green onions
1/2 cup salted dry roasted almonds, chopped

Instructions

Cook pasta. Cool.

Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sambal Oeled, honey and garlic.

Mix in dressing, green onions and shrimp. Refrigerate until chilled OR this could be served hot. Top with roasted almonds just before serving.
