Steak Diane

Ingredients

4 beef rib eye steaks (1/2" thick)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
4 TBS butter, divided
2 TBS green onions finely chopped
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 TBS lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS fresh parsley
1 TBS minced fresh chives

Instructions

Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Ina skillet melt 2 TBS butter. Stir in onions and mustard: cook for 1 minute. Add steaks, cook for 2 minutes or until desire doneness. Remove to a serving platter and keep warm. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and remaining butter to skillet, cooke for 2 minutes, add parsley and chives. Pour over steaks
