EAGLE BRAND POUND CAKE
Ingredients
1 pound butter2 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Add extract. Add flour and mix thoroughly.Add Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk and combine with batter.
Bake at 300°F approximately 1 1/2 hours or until done.
