Ham and Cheese Palicintas

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
3 green onions, white part only
1 pound ham
1 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 cup dry sherry
12 ounces cream cheese
Crepes
Crisco

Instructions

Julienne ham. Melt butter in saute pan and cook green onion 2 minutes. Add ham and cook 1 minute. Add tarragon and sherry. Cook until most of liquid evaporates. Dice cream cheese and combine with cooled ham mixture.

Fill crepes and fold envelope style. Secure with toothpicks. Heat Crisco to 370 degrees. Fry crepes 2 minutes each side.
