Brie Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Crostini

Ingredients

1 Baguette
1 Tablespoon Pine Nuts, toasted (I use more)
2 Sun Dried Tomatoes packed in oil
1 Tablespoon Sun Dried Tomato Oil
2 Tablespoons Parmesan, fresh grated
1 Tablespoon Parsley, Fresh, chopped
1 small Garlic clove, chopped
Salt and Pepper
1/3 soft Brie, (Alouette)
1 Tablespoon fresh Basil, julienned

Instructions

Slice bread 1/4 inch thick. Broil on one side of slice 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.

In small bowl combine sun dried tomatoes and oil, parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread brie on crostini, add sun dried tomato mixture. Top with fresh basil and toasted pine nuts.
