Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

2 pounds Brussel Sprouts
Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Trim root and tough leaves from Brussel Sprouts. Toss with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Spread on cookie sheet (lined with parchment) and roast until brown and al dente (about 20 minutes).

Serve with allioli, yogurt dill, or dip of choice.
