Peach Delight

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 cup flour
2 Tblsp sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz cool whip
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/4 cups cold water
1 cup sugar
3 Tblsp corn starch
3 oz peach jello
5 cups fresh sliced peaches

Instructions

Melt butter.
Add flour and 2 Tblsp sugar.
Press into bottom of greased 13x9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Boil 1 cup sugar and corn starch in water until thick.
Add jello, mix well.
Add peaches.
Cool until partially set - spreadable, but not runny.
Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add cool whip.
Spread over cooled crust.
Spread jello mixture over cream cheese mixture.
Chill over night.
