Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 T. sugar
2 t. bottled grated orange peel
1 t. orange extract
1 c. milk
4 T. real mayonnaise

Instructions

In a (1 1/2 quart) mixing bowl stir together the flour, sugar and the peel. In a smaller bowl whisk the remaining ingredients together til smooth. Pour into the dry mixture and stir vigorously til completely dissolved and moistened. Divide batter equally between 12 paper lined muffin tins. Bake 350° for 30 minutes or til toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean.
