Marg's Hamburger Stew

Ingredients

2 pound Lean Ground Beef
2 cups canned Tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped Onions
2 cups cubed Potatoes
2 teaspoons Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 cup diced Celery
2 medium diced Carrots
2 cans tomatoe soup
2 cups beef stock

Instructions

1. Add the beef and onions to a medium skillet and brown until no longer pink.

2. Add the mixture to a large kettle along with the remaining ingredients.

3. Bring the pot to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour
