Ingredients

16 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
6 ounces cream cheese
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
Toasted pine nuts
Fresh grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Saute onion in butter. Add cream cheese, nutmeg, white pepper, salt and spinach. Heat through. Put in shallow casserole dish. top with pine nuts and parmesan. Bake in mdium oven till parmesan is melted.
