Make Ahead Potatoes

Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces chive and onion cream cheese
4 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chives
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 to 1 cup thinly sliced green onions
Bacon bits or cooked crumbled bacon
Paprika
Milk

Instructions

Boil potatoes until tender. Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream. Add hot potatoes and beat until smooth adding small amounts of milk if needed. Add butter, chives, salt, pepper and onion powder and green onions. Stir until well mixed.

Pour into crock pot. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. Before serving add additional butter and stir. Sprinkle with bacon and paprika.
