Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients

24 ounces fettuccini pasta
1 cup butter
1-1/2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup grated romano cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 scallion, chopped
Salt and Pepper
1 dash garlic salt

Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.

Melt butter into cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt.. Stir in chesses over medium heat until melted.

Add pasta to the sauce. Garnish with scallions. Serve
